Schedule/hours:
Saturdays, 9:30am - 3:30pm, June 13th through mid/late September tbd.
All Saturdays are mandatory except July 4th and September 5th.
Additional floating day - 4-6 hours, Thursday, Friday or Sunday.

Duties/responsibilities:
Saturday duties are exclusively running the farm store. This entails using Square, processing transactions, handling cash, putting out and taking down signs, refilling flower buckets as needed, filling feed bowls, answering questions and general customer service.
Floating day duties are farm based. Scooping alpaca manure, spreading bedding materials, filling feed/hay buckets, using a wheelbarrow, weeding flower/veggie beds, harvesting and processing flowers/veggies occasionally. This is a rain or shine operation, appropriate footwear, clothing, and sun protection is required. Float day is somewhat flexible week to week but will be limited to Thursday, Friday or Sunday. Exact start times are also flexible but will be in the morning before 10am.
Employee Requirements:
Minimum age: 16 years old.
No smoking/vaping of any substance, drug use or alcohol consumption is allowed on the farm.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must be physically and mentally able to perform the duties outlined above.
Must be willing to work outdoors in all types of weather.
Must have a positive attitude when dealing with the public.
Experience is not required, however an outstanding work ethic is!
